Today’s episode is an exciting one! I am talking to one of my best friends – someone who I have been friends with since I was 14 and 9 months – where we both started working at Hungry Jacks together and then moved over to London together (and that story is for another time) – but I am talking to someone today who I have never interviewed as such – we’ve had a million and one conversations but definitely not in this format – but I’m so excited to have her on the shake up podcast because I am beyond proud of her and I love having her in my life.
Hannah Hill is a wife, a mother of 3 to the cutest kids on the planet, she is a bookkeeper, and most recently an Ironman. Yes, she completed her first ever ironman this year – which for those of you who don’t know (because I absolutely didn’t) it is a 3.9km swim, a 180.2km bike ride, and a 42.2km run. That’s all.
I asked Hannah to come on the Shake Up Podcast with me because I think she’s amazing and I wanted other people to hear her story – because it’s an inspiring one – even though she doesn’t think it is – it bloody well is.
So if you’re into Ironmans, if you’ve always wanted to do an ironman, or if you’re like me and you have no desire whatsoever to ever do an ironman but you love a good feel good story… This episode is for you…
