Susan Toft is the Founder and CEO of award-winning Australian and New Zealand mobile laundry service, The Laundry Lady. With a career spanning corporate marketing, event management, and project management, Susan first launched The Laundry Lady on the Gold Coast in 2012.
Susan is a champion for women in the workplace, bringing time and flexibility back to mums, dads, career-changers and more with her innovative and market-leading independent contractor model.
Living on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Susan is an active member of the local business community and a member of the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network. She speaks at local industry and Chamber of Commerce events on her journey from startup to international success.
