Eeeeek I am officially 39 (and not sure how I feel about it knowing that the next birthday is the big 4-0). In true Candice Harvey fashion, I get very reflect-y when it comes to my birthday but when I heard someone say ‘write a list of things you DON’T want to do and DO them before your next birthday,’ I stopped in my tracks.
The reason for this (seemingly counterintuitive list) is simple: growth. I want to go into my next decade feeling the strongest and most capable I ever have. So I am writing a list of 40 things I DON’T want to do before I turn 40, and I am going to do them. Tune in to hear my first 35!
